Callback

Phone numbers can be authorized using blueSIP's service portal. By triggering a call from one of these numbers to blueSIP's callback number, we will initiate a callback (which will be charged following the blueSIP tariffs**). The caller gets a dial tone and can place a call following blueSIP's attractive tariffs. The caller can choose between an anonymous signalling of his call or signaling one of the validated call numbers placed in the blueSIP service portal.

Beneath the caller number, an additional security feature is given by an 4-digit PIN. The PIN can be dialed together with the trigger call. In that case, the callback will not be charged.

A Caller ID may be placed for all assigned or ported phone numbers numbers using blueSIP's service portal.

Fax2Mail

For each blueSIP account, a fax2mail service can be booked via blueSIP's service portal. Calls to this service will be redirected to a virtual fax machine and delivered as a mail attachment. blueSIp offers 'tiff' and 'pdf' as document formats. You can choose the station_ID as well as the target mail address.
