Availability blueSIP offers the opportunity for a call number assignment from all German local-call networks. blueSIP Premium*) contract partners will receice local network phone numbers in case that the address is located within the corresponding local area. blueSIP offers different number packages, depending on the needs of our customers:
blueSIP will charge a fee for the assignment and, in case of ordering 3 phone numbers, an additional fee. 10 or 100 phone numbers are free from an additional charge. The number assignment follows the rules of the German regulatory authority 'Bundesnetzagentur'. Assigned phone numbers may be ported. In case of a portation, blueSIP will charge a handling fee. Emergency number calling If customers will receive localized numbers and/or porting numbers, blueSIP will use the data given within the blueSIP premium contract as a geographical determination of an users location. In case of an emergency call, blueSIP will route the emergency call to the corresponding emergency call dispatcher. blueSIP resp. ccn has to be informed immediately in writing, if an assigned or ported number is used in a nomadic manner. The user has to provide blueSIP with the proper location data to ensure correctly the emergency call routing. Alternatively, blueSIP recommends a hybrid configuration including the access gateway or router to route calls with preselected emergency numbers via classical PSTN lines. As an additional alternative, emergency calls may be placed by using a mobile phone.
