blueSIP offers a call shop complete solution consisting of a gateway, a broadband Internet connection and the blueSIP service, which permits the modest and economical construction and operation of call shops.

The facilities and the operation of call shops was bound to firm telephone connections till now which have high monthly standing charges and low flexibility at the development of convergent networks.

Image In cooperation with leading manufacturers of call shop systems, the blueSIP call shop offers an Internet telephony solution which allows a flexible and minimum-cost use for telephone calls upon Internet and fixed network connections.

Requirements for a blueSIP TCall broadband/ISDN Call shop solution

Für den Betrieb und die Nutzung sind folgende Voraussetzungen zu erfüllen:

  • Call shop system, eg. from Ratotec, to connect analogue telephones
  • Switches and LAN wiring for the operation of IP telephones
  • Windows PC for the operation and invoice software TCall
  • Internet broadband connection like ccn ADSL or ccn SDSL
  • ISDN or analog line as backup and failover line
  • blueSIP Premium Vertrag

Operation

No extra telephone system is necessary for the construction or operation of a blueSIP call shop! The number of simultaneous conversations varies according to the upstream bandwidth available of the Internet connection or the number of installed ISDN basic lines. The system offers the connectivity of analogous and IP telephones.

Bandwidth

At an Internet connection an upload bandwidth of 64 Kbit/s per conversation channel has to be calculated. The number of conversations, at the same time, to be led therefore arises from the overall upstream available.

Two telephones can be at the same time operated at a single ISDN basic line, i.e. 8 phone boothes correspond to 4 ISDN basic lines.

With the blueSIP call shop the necessary number of ISDN connections goes down considerably!

Setup-Reporting

The call information (duration, booth number, target phone number etc.) is transmitted and evaluated through an interface to the operation PC. This PC serves as a register and balance computer and works as an invoice printer with the help of an attached printer.

The blueSIP rates can be adjusted to the invoice software individually about an administrator account. By rates of its own a better margin for the call shop operator is possible.
