The virtual telephone system bluePBX is usable anywhere where broadband Internet is available. Regardless of where the subscriber is located he can be reached with bluePBX at its official corporate landline phone number: in the office or home office, at inland or abroad, on site or in the car. So a steady availability for customers and business partners is ensured, while bluePBX users can act flexible and mobile. The choice of the end device may vary at will: to make calls with the headset on the PC or laptop is just as easy as using a smartphone or a desk IP-Phone.
The bluePBX telephone system is operated in a data center in Germany, Munich and is therefore no longer housed as bulky hardware on the premises of the company. Therefore there are no acquisition costs for PBX and Fax devices anymore. Thus, maintenance of equipment, which is often associated with high costs and long-term contracts is omitted. The bluePBX PBX is a software which undergoes regular updates by the operator. These updates are free for the user.
A high-performance, multiple carriers connection to the Internet and permanent quality monitoring ensure high reliability. In the event of a malfunction a preconfigured fallback routing is enabled and calls are automatically transferred to the predetermined alternate number. Thus, availability of 24/7 can be ensured.
By using SRTP (Secure Real-time Transmission Protocol) bluePBX encrypts communication between all connected devices of the telephone system. Therefore all calls are encrypted and bug-proof wiithin the company. As a further safety measure bluePBX uses the encryption protocol TLS (Transport Layer Security), which protects authentication and signalization messages of devices to the telephone system against third party access.
